Lately I have been reading, looking and studing everything Ansel Adams. He was the first photographer I looked at and knew I wanted to do that too.
Since then I have discovered I lean toward photojournalism/sports/tennis photography.
Setting up a picture, editing before the push of the button, seems to go against my nature. Time to change that.
Now I am looking, editing and then taking a shot. It is a different type of photograph, but am liking it.
Ansel has always inpired me. From his autobiography (if you haven't read it, you have to...have a dictionary close by) to just looking at his pictures, he still feels me with hope.

This search started with finding my biological mother. She had died before I found her, which was heart breaking. Now I am trying to find my father with a first name and a few pictures.
